The platform
Steep Labs is a self-serve creative platform that lets users generate product ads, UGC scenes, and video creatives using AI. You upload your inputs and the platform produces creatives via third-party AI providers.
Accounts
You must create an account to use Steep Labs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
Credits and subscriptions
Credits
Generating creatives consumes credits from your account balance. Credits can be purchased in packs via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire.
Pro subscription
The Pro plan is a monthly recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Subscribing grants you a monthly credit allocation and any associated Pro features. You may cancel anytime from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds
Credits are non-refundable. If you believe a generation failed due to a platform error and credits were incorrectly deducted, contact us and we will review and issue a credit refund at our discretion.
Your content
Uploaded content
You retain full ownership of any images and assets you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to generate your creatives. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
Generated outputs
You own the creatives produced through your account. Steep Labs does not claim any ownership over your generated outputs.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Steep Labs to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes on third-party rights
- Upload images you do not have the rights to use
- Attempt to circumvent credit usage, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform or its API
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Steep Labs uses third-party AI models to generate creatives. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet any specific creative or commercial standard. We are not responsible for the accuracy, suitability, or performance of generated content in your marketing campaigns. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before use.
Intellectual property
The Steep Labs platform, including its design, code, and brand assets, is owned by Steep Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our platform or brand outside of the license to use the service as described.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steep Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of warranties
Steep Labs is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generations will meet your expectations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steep Labs and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Steep Labs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date above when changes are made.
