Steep Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a self-serve creative platform for product ads and UGC. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and optionally your full name. This is used to identify your account and communicate with you about your usage.
Uploaded content
To generate creatives, you may upload product images, model images, and reference images. These files are stored securely in Supabase cloud storage and are associated with your account. They are only used to power your generations.
Generated outputs
Generated images and videos produced through the platform are stored in your account so you can access and download them. You may delete any generation at any time from your dashboard.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We retain records of transactions (amount, date, credits purchased) for billing and support purposes.
Usage data
We collect anonymized usage data such as page visits and feature interactions via Vercel Analytics. This data does not identify you personally and helps us improve the product.

Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Google Gemini & Veo — process your uploaded images to generate creatives. Submissions are subject to Google’s data handling policies.
- Supabase — stores your account data, uploaded files, and generated outputs.
- Stripe — handles all payment processing. We do not store payment card data.
- Vercel — hosts the application and provides anonymized analytics.
- Resend — sends transactional emails related to your account.
Data retention
We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data including uploaded images, generated outputs, and profile information is permanently deleted.
Data security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls on cloud storage. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate account information
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings
- Opt out of any marketing communications
Children's privacy
Steep Labs is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
